QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in IT Support – Experience is an advantage
  • Certifications are preferred but not required
  • Hands on hardware troubleshooting experience
  • Knowledgeable in installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems and network, troubleshooting and document handling
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team
  • Trustworthy, critical thinker, & problem solver
  • Analytical skills to study problems, records and identify solutions
  • Ability to meet the deadline and can work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in English (Both verbal and written)
  • Amenable to work in Manggahan, Pasig City
