As an HR – Organizational Development in a captive center, you will lead strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent development, and cultural alignment.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
-
6 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years in organizational development or talent management.
-
Experience working in a captive center, shared services, or global capability center environment preferred.
-
Proficiency in data analysis tools and HR systems (e.g., Power BI) preferred.
-
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
-
Outgoing and can represent the company in external events
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help in designing and leading organizational development strategies aligned with the captive center's business goals and global HR frameworks.
-
Help drive leadership development programs, succession planning, and high-potential talent initiatives.
-
Assist in the change management efforts for organizational transformation, process optimization, and cultural integration.

Support OD Manager in analyzing organizational health metrics (e.g., engagement, attrition, performance) and recommend data-driven interventions.
-
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and learning sessions to support team effectiveness and leadership alignment.
-
Help collaborate with global and regional HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of OD practices.

Help Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the center.

Work with a learning and development team for programs and tools.
-
OD related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
