Product Safety and Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and review product formulations, technical data sheets, and certificates of analysis for compliance with FDA and other regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and process product registration, renewal, and notification documents through FDA e-portal systems.
  • Assess product labeling, claims, and packaging to ensure compliance with HUHS regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of regulatory documents, safety data sheets, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for regulatory and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory updates, policy changes, and safety guidelines related to HUHS products.
  • Assist in handling regulatory inspections, audits, and product safety concerns.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, or other related Allied Health Sciences.
  • Preferably a Registered Professional (Licensed Chemist, Chemical Engineer, or Pharmacist).
  • With training or certification in product safety, regulatory compliance, or quality management (an advantage).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Detail-oriented and knowledgeable in FDA regulations and product compliance procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with FDA e-portal processing (preferred).
