Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to company standards.
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other food preparation equipment safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the counter, dining, and food preparation areas.
  • Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
  • Ensure all ingredients and products are fresh, properly stored, and replenished as needed.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
  • Support store operations by assisting in stock inventory, restocking supplies, and other related tasks.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve daily sales and service goals.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate or College Level (Hospitality, Tourism, or related course preferred).
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in a café, restaurant, or food retail setup (experience as a barista or food crew is an advantage).
  • Knowledgeable in coffee preparation and basic food handling is a plus.
  • Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to communicate well.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willing to work in Kapitolyo, Pasig, 6 days working schedule
