Our Customer Operations Centre is based in Bucharest (Romania) where a highly experienced team of professionals work hard to support the needs of the G2 business and its customers.

The Department

The team is responsible for providing innovative and timely solutions to the market's travel needs, as well as ensuring a high level of customer service. The team is focused on implementing sales activities, improving operational efficiency, and expanding business opportunities throughout the country.

The Role

  • Provide the Sales offices with full and accurate quotations for all requested tours;
  • Recommending cost-savings where applicable;
  • Check feasibility and accuracy of itineraries;
  • Research destinations and self-familiarise with knowledge of Clients, product and suppliers;
  • Keep Sales staff informed on the status of any quotations that cannot be sent within the set deadlines;
  • Respond to all messages and queries from other offices and departments within the given time frame;
  • Ensure good communication with colleagues and management.

  • Previous experience in tourism will be considered as valuable asset.
