KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive market studies to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including pricing, distribution strategies, and product performance, to support informed decision-making.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and after-sales support.
  • Conduct on-site client visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations to introduce company offerings and value propositions.

Sales Strategy Implementation

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute business development plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Assist in the formulation and adjustment of pricing structures, promotional campaigns, and market segmentation strategies.
  • Support the achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets as defined by management.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

  • Generate qualified leads through multiple channels, including cold calling, email outreach, online platforms, referrals, and participation in industry events.
  • Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline; monitor lead status, follow-ups, and conversion progress using CRM tools or internal systems.
  • Proposal Development & Deal Closing
  • Prepare well-crafted sales proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client requirements and budget considerations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions with prospective clients while safeguarding profitability and ensuring alignment with company policies.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Submit detailed activity reports, pipeline updates, and business performance metrics regularly to department heads or executive leadership.
  • Document customer feedback, objections, and suggestions, and coordinate with internal teams to address issues or explore product improvement.

Corporate Representation & Brand Advocacy

  • Represent the company in trade shows, expos, networking events, and business conferences.
  • Promote the company's brand, product portfolio, and service quality with professionalism and integrity, ensuring consistent messaging in all external engagements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
