The Recruitment Supervisor – Retail is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process for retail positions across multiple store locations. This role ensures the timely hiring of qualified and customer-oriented staff to support store operations, brand image, and sales goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruitment and a strong understanding of the fast-paced retail environment.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in retail recruitment or high-volume hiring is required.
  • Strong understanding of retail roles and the skills needed for frontline customer service positions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
