The Role: Marketing and Project Coordinator

Imagine being the backbone of a dynamic marketing and project coordination team, where your organizational skills and creativity shine across every task. From converting voice notes into structured tasks and content drafts to managing multiple marketing projects, you're the one keeping everything on track. Whether it's drafting emails, building landing pages, or designing graphics, you're the key player ensuring projects move forward seamlessly.

Need to create captivating content for email sequences or social media? You've got it covered Designing everything from dynamic newsletters to sleek event graphics, managing event logistics, updating WordPress pages, or researching speaking opportunities? You're on top of it Handling all the details to ensure smooth project execution.

You're the trusted collaborator who turns ideas into organized, actionable plans. And the best part? You get to do it all remotely, supporting a U.S.-based team in delivering successful campaigns and projects all from the comfort of your own home.

What Your Days Might Look Like:

  • Convert voice notes into organized tasks, content outlines, and written drafts across various projects

  • Manage and follow through on multiple marketing-related projects (e.g., email sequences, newsletters, landing pages)

  • Create and update Wordpress-based landing pages and forms using templates

  • Draft structured email content and newsletters based on verbal guidance, leaving space for client refinement

  • Design simple graphics and marketing materials for email, social media, and events

  • Support event logistics by drafting participant instructions and post-event follow-ups

  • Conduct light research for potential speaking engagements, partnerships, and conference opportunities

  • Stay on top of project timelines and deliverables, and proactively communicate progress or roadblocks

  • Collaborate on social media strategy, help create content, and handle video editing for social media

  • Maintain organized file storage and ensure all assets are properly filed and accessible

  • Provide structured updates and context when sharing deliverables or drafts
