Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile UI/UX Designer to design both web and mobile interfaces for our internal platform. You will create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs that ensure a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. You'll be the pivotal person defining the platform's UX and visual identity from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, components, and style guides.
  • Ensure responsive and adaptive design principles for all screen sizes.

Skills & Tools:

  • Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer
  • Responsive and mobile-first design
  • UX research, journey mapping, and usability testing
  • Familiarity with mobile platforms (Flutter / React Native)
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Flexible, highly motivated, can think "out of the box"
