KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled
Web & Graphic Designer
to lead and execute creative projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of design expertise, technical ability, and leadership skills to deliver visually compelling and high-quality designs. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams, managing multiple design initiatives, and mentoring junior designers to ensure all outputs align with client and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee web and graphic design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Establish and communicate a clear creative vision aligned with client and company objectives.
  • Develop innovative and effective design solutions based on project briefs.
  • Stay current with design trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain competitive standards.
  • Communicate directly with client stakeholders to facilitate feedback and collaboration.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for design initiatives supporting broader marketing objectives.
  • Coach and mentor junior designers, providing direction and ensuring adherence to brand and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2–4 years of experience as a Web & Graphic Designer or in a related role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both web and graphic design projects.
  • Solid understanding of web, graphic, and print design processes.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft & Google Workspace tools.
  • Frontend coding experience in HTML4, HTML5, and CSS preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
