
Admin Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:
The incumbent is responsible in handling sales related tasks including but not limited to clerical tasks such as database management, reports preparation, as well as record keeping and documentation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
• Establish healthy customer relations by attending to client inquiries, processing requests and providing updates
• Maintain and update department database for Purchase Orders, inventory, delivery to clients, collection among others
• Prepares sales order, project order, and purchase request through company's accounting system.
• Prepare monthly sales report, inventory report, minutes of the meeting, WWO, PDI List
• Process cancellation of invoice, draft invoice, debit and credit memo
• Initiates, promotes, and develops sales opportunities for the assigned products.
• Prepares sales plan and secure orders for the company's product, solutions, and services.
• Helps in achieving company's sales target.
• Maintains rapport with customers and stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings
• Coordinate with other department regarding client deliveries, updates in deliveries and status of item collection
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or Office Administration
With or without experience in sales
Competency requirements:
Computer literate and with at least basic to intermediate knowledge in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
Has sound knowledge in correct and proper usage of English language; written and verbal.
Interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
Decision making skills
With strong attention to details
Can work under pressure
Amenable to work in Mandaluyong City
Adept in telecommuting
