We are recruiting for a Global Payroll Specialist who will be part of our Finance Shared Services Team. The role will be assisting with all aspects of payroll within the international payroll team and will play an integral role in helping to build a strong global payroll function to support our employees.

What makes you an ideal candidate for this position?

As a Global Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing second-level support, to global stakeholders and our Global Payroll Team Leader.

Working under the supervision of the Global Payroll Team Leader in Manila, you will:

• Complete global payroll processing timely and accurately using latest legislation and compliance in each country
• Complete reconciliations for global payroll to ensure accuracy
• Complete monthly financial reporting for global payroll
• Build & maintain relationships with global payroll provider
• Be the subject expert for your assigned payrolls
• Assist with year-end functions and audit and liaise with the wider finance function to ensure statutory returns are complete
