We are looking for a Technical Product Consultant with a solid background in BPO operations and a passion for delivering top-tier support. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for troubleshooting and guiding others, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support and issue resolution for telco and/or helpdesk-related concerns
  • Utilize ticketing systems and tools such as Salesforce and Certinia to manage and resolve customer inquiries
  • Act as a product expert, assisting both customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years BPO experience (technical support preferred)
  • Experience using ticketing systems, Salesforce/Certinia
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven troubleshooting experience in telco and/or helpdesk accounts
  • Experience as a mentor, coach, SME, or QA is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
