Job Description:

We are looking for a Franchise Officer to support our growing franchise operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and willing to do both office and field work.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Franchise Manager in daily operations and coordination.
  • Conduct regular visits to franchised and company-owned stores to ensure compliance and performance.
  • Support in franchise documentation, inquiries, and marketing activities.
  • Help in organizing franchise events, meetings, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or related course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to do field work and travel to store locations.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
