Duties and Responsibilities

  • Over-all in-charge of the activities of the franchise relations teams from application completing requirements, and monitoring daily operations of the franchisees.
  • Closely monitor and assist franchisee's sales performance, inquiries, and system process or concern
  • Execute monthly and yearly sales and operations objectives with regular tracking and progress report
  • Attain allowable target to open franchise in monthly and annual basis
  • Maintain updated and renewed contracts of all operational FH/BC/MC with regular tracking and progress reports.
  • Produces document progress reports to the manager
  • Work closely with Franchise Manager and General Manager on strategic initiative to achieve goals
  • Develop tools in supporting goals
  • Helps develop and implement policies related to operational performance and consistency optimization
  • Develops and improve existing system and processes within the applicable business model
  • Helps in the planning stage of a specific project
  • Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration or its equivalent
  • At least 2 years of work experience in supervising is required for this position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
