PRIMARY ROLE AND PURPOSE
The Liaison Officer serves as a key representative of the organization in dealing with government agencies, external partners, and other stakeholders. They are responsible for ensuring the timely and proper processing of documents, permits, and other legal or official transactions, while maintaining good relationships with relevant offices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Graduate Studies : N/A
Certifications : Professional certifications is an advantage.
General Skills :
o At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in government liaison or similar field.
o Familiarity with government processes, permits, and legal compliance requirements.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
o Must be trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
o Willing to travel and work on field assignments.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate and facilitate transactions with government agencies (e.g., LTO, LTFRB, SSS, BIR, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, DOLE, City/Municipal Hall).
- Process business permits, vehicle registrations, franchise applications, employee-related government documents, and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the status of submitted documents and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Represent the organization during official meetings, hearings, and inspections.
- Maintain updated records of all filed documents, permits, and certifications.
- Assist in ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
- Provide updates and reports to management regarding the progress of applications and renewals.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with agency personnel and other stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
