Manufacturing Documentation Coordinator (Remote – Philippines)

Join Australia's original off-road camper trailer manufacturer — and help shape the build documentation that drives quality and efficiency across every model we make. 

As our Manufacturing Documentation Coordinator, you'll work remotely with the Australian Production and Engineering teams to transform technical drawings, specs, and inputs into professional, version-controlled Build Books and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) used daily on the factory floor. 

What You'll Do 

  • Create and maintain accurate build manuals and SOPs for Cub Campers models.
  • Format, illustrate, and structure documentation for clarity and usability.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and production leads in Australia.
  • Standardise layouts and ensure version control across all documentation.
  • Support training and onboarding through visual guides and process documents.

What You'll Bring 

  • Strong English writing and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in technical documentation, manuals, or process writing.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and formatting skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and design tools (Adobe, Canva, etc.).
  • (Bonus) Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or engineering settings.
