Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Document Controller, located in Metro Manila. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and facilitating effective communication. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and filing documents, updating records, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely documentation of activities and changes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Document Management, Documentation, and Project Documentation
  • Skills in Records Management
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree Civil Engineering i
