We are seeking an experience someone who can manage a brand's health independently and turn data into growth strategies; managing seller accounts and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor SOPs for campaign execution, product listing (SEO-optimized), and performance reporting to ensure high-quality output.
  • Oversee task progress and execute final quality checks on all pre-launch deliverables, including voucher setups, flash sale nominations, and campaign banners.
  • Conduct competitor price analysis and market trends to deliver actionable insights.
  • Monitoring of orders, GMV (Sales), campaigns, product listings, prices, promotions for accounts.
  • Organize and follow up cases by calling or emailing e-commerce platform (e.g., Refund/Return disputes, customer complaints, and fraud prevention).
  • Track and report on Ad Performance (ROAS/ACOS) and key sales metrics, providing the Senior Team Lead with recommendations.
  • Conduct daily team check-ins to review pending tasks, proactively address immediate roadblocks, and ensure team alignment on platform priorities (e.g., campaign launches, inventory checks).
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and support to the stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce Account Management or Operations, with deep knowledge of Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center, and TikTok Shop.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory level managing remote teams.
  • Advanced skills in Google sheets and Excel. Managing large datasets, utilizing advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and generating performance reports.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
