Job Description: Site Supervisor (Renovation Fit-Outs)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of store and residential renovation fit-out projects. The Site Supervisor will ensure that all site activities are carried out according to plans, safety standards, and schedules. This role requires strong coordination with manpower, monitoring of progress, and consistent reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities:


• Site Supervision: Oversee daily activities at renovation sites (store and residential fit-outs) to ensure work is carried out according to design, schedule, and quality standards.


• Manpower Monitoring: Manage and monitor workers on-site, ensuring productivity, attendance, and proper task allocation.


• Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, including updates on accomplishments, issues, and delays.


• Quality Assurance: Inspect workmanship and materials to maintain project quality, identify defects, and recommend corrective actions.


• Coordination: Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.


• Health & Safety: Enforce compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company standards at the job site.


• Problem-Solving: Address site issues promptly and escalate major concerns to the Project Manager or Architect.


• Documentation: Keep records of manpower, materials deliveries, and site incidents for proper project documentation.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not required if with strong site experience).


• Minimum 5 years experience in site supervision, preferably in renovation and fit-out projects.


• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.


• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.


• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace for reporting.

Work Setup:


• Location: Various project sites (store and residential renovation projects).


• Schedule: Full-time, site-based with flexibility as required by project timelines.
