The Project Engineer supports the successful delivery of CAPEX projects by assisting in construction. management activities from pre-commencement to closeout. The role ensures that project execution meets quality, cost, safety, and timeline targets by coordinating with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in managing day-to-day project site and construction activities, including:

Drilling, design, and pumping tests for production wells

Civil works and installation of electro-mechanical equipment

Installation of water and used water pipelines, including sewer connections

Construction of treatment plants, storage tanks, and appurtenances

Commissioning and handover of completed works

Coordinate with contractors, monitor schedules, validate deliverables, and ensure compliance with engineering and customer service standards

Support in project documentation, including monitoring reports, shop drawings, permits,

correspondences, and closeout requirements

Evaluate contractor billings and ensure supporting documents are complete and accurate

Monitor project schedules, resources, and materials utilization to achieve project milestones

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site

Provide regular project updates, safety reports, and status reports to the Project Manager and stakeholders

Collaborate with Local Government Units (LGUs), vendors, and internal teams to align on project requirements and expectations
