5 talented Creative Content Developers
to join us in a unique selection process.

The Role

As a
Creative Content Developer
, you will help shape compelling content that drives learning and engagement. This part-time, remote role is project-driven and requires a balance of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet high standards of accuracy and design.

You will be producing visually impactful content for training modules, storyboards, infographics, and presentations, with occasional involvement in digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop visually engaging learning materials (presentations, infographics, posters, storyboards).
  • Design creative layouts, illustrations, and multimedia assets aligned with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to transform technical information into engaging content.
  • Ensure adherence to
    brand guidelines
    and deliver consistent, high-quality outputs.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and support digital marketing campaigns when required.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    At least 2 years in content creation, graphic design, or instructional content development (strong portfolios from fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Education:
    Degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Marketing, Education, or related fields preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator a plus).
  • Strong graphic design skills with an eye for layout and storytelling.
  • Good English communication (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with eLearning platforms, LMS, or immersive learning tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.

The Selection Process

Unlike traditional hiring, this role involves a
Content Development Challenge
:

  1. Shortlisting
    – Top 5 qualified candidates will be selected after initial interviews.
  2. 10-Day Paid Trial
    – The 5 shortlisted candidates will be offered a
    10-day paid project assignment
    focused mainly on content development tasks.
  3. Final Selection
    – At the end of the 10 days, our Team Leads will select candidate(s) for part-time hire based on performance, creativity, collaboration, and fit.
