Responsibilities
- Deliver compelling technical presentations to clearly communicate the functionality and value of products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with clients and engineering teams to ensure products and systems align with specific technical requirements and performance expectations.
- Partner with the sales team to gain insight into customer needs and provide expert technical support throughout the sales process.
- Drive order fulfillment by ensuring adherence to product quality standards, timelines, and customer specifications.
- Build strong customer relationships to foster trust, gain product acceptance, and support long-term business growth.
- Identify opportunities for product modifications or custom solutions to better meet customer needs.
- Provide hands-on assistance to clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to product performance and usage.
- Propose innovative product enhancements and demonstrate how these solutions can offer greater efficiency and cost savings for the customer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience preferred, ideally in the construction industry, though not required.
- Proficient in Estimating Software: Skilled in industry-standard tools for generating accurate and detailed cost proposals.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project for documentation, analysis, presentations, and project planning.
- Collaborative Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with a consistent track record of contributing effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Dependable and Results-Driven: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Sales Experience (Preferred): Background in sales or customer-facing roles—particularly in technical or engineering contexts—is considered an asset.
