Job Description:

  • Proactively identify and research potential clients and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage and convert new leads.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and client onboarding.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of sales plans and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on sales activities and pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the professional services or manpower industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful lead generation, prospecting, and closing new business.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and various sales enablement tools.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for driving growth.
