
Business Development Associate

Job Description:
- Proactively identify and research potential clients and partnership opportunities.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage and convert new leads.
- Manage the sales pipeline, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and client onboarding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic business decisions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of sales plans and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on sales activities and pipeline.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the professional services or manpower industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of successful lead generation, prospecting, and closing new business.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and various sales enablement tools.
- A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for driving growth.
