  • Conduct technical feasibility studies and raw land analyses (general condition, terrain/hydro, geohazard, and initial land development cost).
  • Prepare required engineering plans for permits, including Development Plans, Environmental Compliance Plans, VSR, and Building Permit Plans.
  • Lead site inspections for prospective and ongoing projects to validate feasibility, quality, and compliance.
  • Meet with contractors to finalize deliverables, clarify design parameters, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Recommend corrective measures for identified quality issues and coordinate solutions with concerned teams.
  • Provide inputs for continuous improvement of engineering processes and service efficiency.
  • Monitor staff performance and recommend developmental or corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners (consultants, utilities, contractors) to ensure alignment of policies, technical requirements, and project targets.
  • Ensure timely support to meet organizational and buyer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate engineering

Knowledge

  • National Building Code, PD 957, BP 220, and LGU ordinances
  • House and land development processes
  • AutoCAD and other design/engineering tools
  • MS Office applications
