Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end training lifecycle, including new hire onboarding, upskilling, cross-skilling, and leadership development programs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers and training specialists.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, modules, and assessments tailored to client and business requirements.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with operations and quality teams to identify skill gaps and implement targeted learning interventions.
  • Ensure training programs comply with client standards, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Manage training schedules, logistics, and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in training delivery and content development.
  • Support client calibration sessions and audits related to training.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a training leadership role within a BPO or contact center environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and training tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple training programs and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with virtual training delivery and e-learning platforms.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and performance management.
  • Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, CPTM, ATD) is a plus.
