We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office Staff to support our daily operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth internal processes. This is a non-customer facing role focused on accuracy, organization, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
· Perform data entry and update company records accurately.
· Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files.
· Assist in processing and verifying information.
· Coordinate with internal teams to support business operations.
· Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
· High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or College level.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office or Google Workspace).
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
