About the role

Clu Forwarding is seeking an enthusiastic customer service representative to join their team in Cebu City, Cebu on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer support through chat channels, ensuring our clients receive a seamless and positive experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via chat
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner
  3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services and policies
  4. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  6. Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent and effective customer service
  7. Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  6. Positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
