This is a remote position.

Job Highlights

Contract: Independent Contract
Schedule: 40 hours a week, Mon - Fri 9am -5.30pm NZST includes 30-minute unpaid break

Client Timezone: New Zealand (NZST/NZDT)

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage social media content across various platforms

  • Design graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (EDMs) using Klaviyo

  • Edit and produce engaging social media content including short reels and posts

  • Create compelling captions and copy that resonate with the target audience

  • Collaborate on content strategy and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns

  • Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community

  • Work with provided materials (photos, content) to create polished marketing assets

Requirements

  • Proven ability in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Experience with email marketing platforms, specifically Klaviyo

  • Social media management and content creation experience

  • Basic video editing skills for social media content

  • Marketing background with ability to create engaging content independently

  • Strong copywriting skills for captions and marketing materials

  • Creative mindset with ability to contribute strategic ideas

  • Experience working with fashion or retail brands preferred

Scope

  • Work during New Zealand business hours

  • Manage marketing efforts for both online store and physical retail locations

  • Support marketing initiatives for women's fashion brands targeting mature demographic

  • Collaborate remotely while maintaining strong communication with local team
