Job Summary:

The Tactical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective product placement, visibility, and availability across assigned stores and locations. This role involves coordinating with the Sales Team, Warehouse, and clients to execute merchandising strategies, monitor stock levels, and support the smooth implementation of trade activities. The Tactical Coordinator acts as the on-ground representative of Orich, making sure that store operations align with sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned stores or client locations regularly to monitor product displays, shelf stocks, and price compliance.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team and Warehouse on product replenishment and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure products are properly displayed, clean, and aligned with the company's merchandising standards.
  • Check and report on product movement, fast- and slow-moving items, and out-of-stock situations.
  • Support the implementation of trade promotions and marketing materials in stores.
  • Maintain good relationships with store personnel and ensure smooth coordination during replenishments.
  • Gather and report competitor activities, pricing, and visibility in assigned areas.
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly store visit reports, photos, and stock updates.
  • Ensure timely feedback and communication between field operations and the sales office.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate; vocational or college level preferred.
  • With experience as a merchandiser, store coordinator, or field representative (preferably in FMCG or food and beverage industry).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Physically fit and willing to travel or be assigned to various store locations.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently in the field.
