About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for Clinical Appeals (PHRN) to lead and oversee appeals operations, ensuring compliance with medical necessity review standards, regulatory guidelines, and client requirements. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations for the Clinical Appeals team, ensuring SLA compliance and regulatory adherence.

Drive performance, operational accuracy, and process improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, medical necessity guidelines, and healthcare regulations.

Support staffing, quality management, and team development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with an active PHRN license.

1–2+ years of managerial experience handling team leaders, supervisors, or frontline teams.

Experience managing teams in Clinical Appeals, Utilization Review, or healthcare operations.

Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

Willing to work onsite in QC on a night shift schedule (including US holidays).

Must not be a current or former employee of Concentrix.
