Location: Makati City (near Ayala Malls Circuit)

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Face-to-Face Setup (Depends if you still have school schedule)

For: BS Psychology or Human Resource Development Management (HRDM) Students

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated HR OJT/INTERN to join our Human Resources Department This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, training, and documentation.

What You'll Learn & Do:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
  • Help organize training and employee engagement activities
  • Support in HR documentation, filing, and data encoding
  • Observe and participate in performance management tasks
  • Learn about HR compliance and policy development
  • Shadow experienced HR professionals in real-world HR operations

Qualifications:

Currently taking up BS Psychology or HRDM

Willing to work on-site (face-to-face) from Monday to Friday

With good communication skills and a professional attitude

Organized, proactive, and eager to learn

With endorsement letter and OJT requirements from school
