Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in overseeing the employee lifecycle by assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and HR outsourcing clients.
  • Assist in facilitating HR interviews, providing scheduling and coordination support for both internal team members and external clients to maintain a seamless recruitment process.
  • Help manage HR-related documentation, ensuring files are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support in payroll and timekeeping, assisting the payroll officer with basic tasks to help ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Support payroll computations and related processes by preparing data, checking records, and assisting in reconciliations as directed.
  • Help maintain employee records in the HRIS/Payroll System, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information across multiple client accounts.
  • Generate basic HR reports and assist with compiling HR metrics and data to support decision-making for internal operations and client requirements.
  • Participate in reviewing payroll processes by assisting with data checks and suggesting improvements observed during daily tasks.
  • Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, showing flexibility and willingness to support the team in various areas.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed, gaining exposure to different aspects of HR and client service in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Must have a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection to support hybrid work setups.
  • Can provide full-time absorption opportunity by the end of internship.
