About the Role:

We're seeking a detail-focused Loan Support Officer with Australian mortgage experience to manage loan applications from lodgement through to approval. You'll process files across ApplyOnline/LoanApp, ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant, and keep clients informed throughout the journey. You'll also support the sales team with servicing calculations and structuring suitable finance solutions based on lender policies.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Process multiple loan applications across ApplyOnline, LoanApp, and paper lodgements—ensuring accurate, timely, and complete submissions.
  • Collect, verify, and organise all client documents, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, keeping them updated, gathering signatures, and ensuring all requirements are met while demonstrating BID and responsible lending practices.
  • Work closely with the sales team by completing servicing calculations and helping structure suitable finance solutions aligned with lender credit policies.
  • Coordinate with lenders and internal stakeholders to keep applications moving smoothly until approval.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Australian loan processing experience, preferably with non-bank lenders.
  • Solid understanding of lender credit policies and the ability to identify suitable loan products.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and confident when dealing with clients and lenders.
