JOB DESCRIPTION - Field Collection Agent

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily visits to customer current or any other address available
  • Deliver Demand letters/notices to customers
  • Negotiate and demand for immediate promised to pay / payment arrangement/settlement
  • Check for additional contact information like other phone number or address of the customer who remain out of reach
  • Provides immediate feedback to the supervisor for potential fraud or where underwriting gaps are identified
  • Adheres to code of conduct set by the company

Requirements:

  • Preferably with valid two-wheeler with driving license

  • Minimum 1 year of field collection or recovery experience.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory.
