We are looking for a Field Collection Associate to join our team and help recover outstanding payments while maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate must have strong negotiation skills, be comfortable with field collections, and own a motorcycle for efficient account visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to clients with overdue accounts to facilitate payments and settlements.
  • Contact customers via phone, email, and in-person visits to remind them of outstanding balances.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and accurately document all transactions.
  • Assess customers' financial situations and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and submit regular reports to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding escalated cases or disputes.
  • Comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines related to collections.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver's license.
  • Proven experience in collections, field collections, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel and work in the field regularly.
  • Ability to work independently and handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
  • Familiarity with collections processes, legal requirements, and financial regulations is a plus.
