  2. Ensure patient concerns are addressed with understanding, actively listening to their needs and providing helpful information.

  3. Facilitate a clear and accessible process for handling patient complaints, ensuring they feel acknowledged and valued.

  4. Provide patients with accurate and concise information on appointments, procedures, billing, and clinic policies.

  5. Maintain an updated log of patient interactions to track and follow up on inquiries as needed.

  6. Assist patients in verifying their HMO coverage, eligibility, and benefits.

  7. Guide patients through the requirements for HMO consultations, diagnostics, and procedures.

  8. Communicate and coordinate with HMO representatives for fast and accurate processing of requests.

  9. Assist patients in understanding their treatment plans and any pre-appointment instructions.

10.Engage patients with informational materials during their visit to enhance health literacy.

11.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality, and data privacy laws in all interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
