Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs using standardized tools.
Document detailed findings to support diagnoses and treatment planning.
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to assessment results, patient goals, and clinical recommendations.
Regularly review and modify treatment plans tailored to assessment results, patient progress and changing needs.
Collaborate with patients to establish realistic and measurable rehabilitation goals.
Monitor progress toward these goals, celebrating milestones and adjusting strategies as needed.
Prescribe and guide therapeutic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and functional capacity.
Perform hands-on techniques such as joint mobilization, stretching, and soft tissue massage to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
Utilize therapeutic modalities (e.g,ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat/cold therapy) to manage pain and promote healing.
10.Assist patients in relearning and mastering essential daily activities to regain independence.
11.Conduct evaluations to assess patients' readiness to resume work or specific activities, providing actionable recommendations.
