Your Role
When a load is approved by a customer, the load then needs to be added into our TMS – with 100% accuracy and speed

What You Need
Non-negotiables

  • Experience in freight logistics, specifically handling truckloads and partial truckloads.
  • Proven ability to enter load details into a Transportation Management System (TMS)
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with dispatchers and truck drivers.
  • Ability to work with speed and precision under time-sensitive conditions.

Preferred skills/expertise:

  • Previous experience using specific TMS platforms (if applicable).
  • Experience working with customers or client-facing logistics teams.
  • Familiarity with scheduling, routing, or general transportation operations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot documentation or load-related issues proactively.
