Support the Sales and Commercial teams with Internal tasks and planning strategies
  • Support GAM/RAM/NAM/field sales' sales activities, mainly:
  • Coordinate client appointments
  • Support opportunity & lead management for salespersons
  • Support customer planning/forecasting/budgeting
  • Identify and qualify leads
  • Support sales contract management
  • Support CRM and system nursing
  • Manage the interface to Products/Operations in case of complaints
  • Retrieve quotations from Product and collect general market/customer intelligence
  • Support BD team with promotions and campaigns
  • Support 'House accounts' profitability expectation
  • Quotes and RFI submissions support
  • Presentation preparation and document submission support
  • Selected House Accounts quoting and follow up
  • Analytics and Spreadsheet management - profitability (Proffit / Loss / shipment Reports)
  • Shipment Reports and other customer data analysis
  • Quote and Tariff updates
  • Regional Lead generation and management
  • Sales Team Follow Ups – Meeting closures, KPI measurements, deadline meetings
  • Other tasks and responsibilities which may be assigned as and when required by your supervisor / manager
