JOB SUMMARY
- The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting TJ Philippines by creating and managing social media content in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, assisting in marketing strategies, monitoring performance on social media and e-commerce platforms, and conducting market research to strengthen brand presence. Additionally, the Marketing Assistant handles customer inquiries and complaints, coordinates orders with the admin team, maintains accurate records, and provides general administrative support. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, this position requires someone to be organized, creative, and customer-focused, with a strong interest in digital marketing and communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support marketing team in creating and managing compelling social media content, including posts, stories, and ads, to grow our audience
- Support in planning, developing and executing social media marketing strategies to drive brand presence and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube.
- Support in monitoring and analyzing social media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization
- Consolidates and analyzes marketing research results in coordination with Marketing Manager and provides recommendations relevant to TJ products.
- Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
- Collaborating with the marketing manager, online sales manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through online and offline transactions. Handling customer complaints and troubleshooting issues with products or services.
- Provides accurate reports regarding the consolidated inquiries of the customers on a daily and monthly basis.
- Monitoring and managing customer feedback, reviews, and online engagement.
- Providing introductory information, such as a product manual explanation, to prospective and new customers
- Providing administrative support to the internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the field of Marketing, digital and ecommerce.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and basic digital advertising tools.
- Ability to create engaging content (posts, captions, visuals) and monitor campaign performance.
- Possesses strong customer service skills, with experience in addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating orders efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-focused mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace and experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or basic video editing.
- Familiarity with Google Adwords, online analytics, CRM tools, SEO principles and best practices is a plus
