Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our team at Clark office. The BIM Architect will play a key role in the design coordination and integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes throughout all project stages. Working closely with the Dubai Office design teams, the BIM Architect will be responsible for ensuring that architectural design intent is accurately represented, coordinated, and executed within the digital model environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong architectural and technical expertise, with proven experience in developing and managing comprehensive BIM models for complex projects. This includes coordinating with other disciplines, performing clash detection, and ensuring that models adhere to project standards and best practices. The BIM Architect will also contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows and standards across the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other relevant software.
  • Coordinate architectural models with other design disciplines.
  • Lead clash detection and model coordination sessions, ensuring accurate documentation and design integrity.
  • Implement and maintain BIM execution plans (BEP) and project-specific standards.
  • Support the project team in understanding BIM processes and ensure adherence to project protocols.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on BIM best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Dubai Office on project design, documentation, and delivery through shared BIM environments.
  • Stay updated on BIM technologies, workflows, and industry standards to enhance overall project efficiency.

Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture with a strong focus on BIM implementation and coordination.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with experience in Navisworks or similar coordination tools.
  • Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and project workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM standards, building codes, and coordination practices.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or equivalent BIM certification.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php65,000.00 per month

  • San Fernando, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
