Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with travel documents, including electronic authorizations and US visas
- Manage accurate data entry across platforms
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability
- Respond to customer inquiries via ticket, email, phone, chat, and Zoom
- Participate in team meetings and support special projects
- Contribute to service improvements and customer experience
- Ensure compliance and handle sensitive data professionally
Qualifications:
- Clear speaking voice
- Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience in one company
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have an excellent command of the English language, with neutral or American accent
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong administrative skills - accurate typing & spelling is essential to this role
- Energetic, fun and confident personality
- Willing to start ASAP
- Looking for a long-term position
- Willing to work full-time night shift
- Willing to work on-site
