  • Strategic Fleet Management: Develop and implement long-term strategies for the fleet's growth and operation, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Vehicle Acquisition & Disposal: Manage the process of purchasing, leasing, and disposing of vehicles to meet business needs and maintain an optimal fleet composition.
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee all fleet maintenance, including scheduling preventative maintenance and coordinating emergency repairs to minimize downtime and extend vehicle life.
  • Fuel Management: Monitor fuel consumption, implement strategies to reduce fuel costs, and manage fuel expenses effectively.
  • Driver Management: Recruit, train, and manage drivers, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to schedules and safe driving practices.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control:Develop and manage budgets for fleet operations, identifying opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.
  • Safety & Compliance:Ensure the fleet operates safely and legally, adhering to Philippine road safety regulations, vehicle licensing, and driver licensure.
  • Performance Monitoring:Track and benchmark key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, safety records, and driver productivity to identify areas for improvement.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with other departments to ensure fleet performance supports their objectives and to provide effective service across the organization.
  • Experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and telematics.
  • Familiarity with Philippine traffic laws, vehicle regulations, and registration processes.
  • Excellent leadership, budgeting, and communication skills.
