Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to support our import removals operations. The role is responsible for accurately entering and updating data in internal systems, verifying information for completeness and accuracy, and coordinating with agents and clients to ensure timely updates and resolution of discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update import removals data in internal systems.
  • Verify and validate data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with agents and clients, ensuring timely updates and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records to support cash flow.
  • Monitor import shipments and update relevant stakeholders on progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes to meet audit and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry, logistics, or removals administration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
  • Experience working with logistics and removals software. (Moveware experience is a plus but not required).
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
  • Willing to work on-site in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, dayshift)
