About the role

Hyundai Laguna Inc. is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Binan City, Laguna. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting the overall financial management of the company. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations
  2. Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  3. Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses to support decision-making
  4. Collaborating with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements
  5. Providing support for audits and other financial reporting requirements
  6. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial information

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  2. Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  3. 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting
  4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  5. Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
  7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  8. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity
