- Record keeping: Ensure all booking information is accurately recorded in the system and maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
- Communication: Inform clients, staff, and management about booking confirmations and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Supporting duties
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling meetings.
- Assist with event coordination and logistics, including arranging travel for off-site events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manage office supplies related to travel needs.
- Support the team by performing tasks related to organization and communication, contributing to efficient operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient office and travel operations.
