GoTeam is seeking a
Legal Contracts Specialist
based in
Cebu City
. This role will oversee all client and service provider contracts — from drafting and reviewing agreements to ensuring full compliance with company standards. The setup is
hybrid
(first 3 months onsite, then hybrid) with a

Job Responsibilities

Contract Management

  • Draft, review, and revise various contracts while ensuring compliance with GoTeam's standards and risk policies.
  • Ensure all clients have valid Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and renew them annually.
  • Implement contract management processes and assess provisions that could be detrimental to the company.
  • Oversee contract lifecycles, including renewals, extensions, and close-outs.

Documentation Maintenance

  • Process official contract communications and maintain updated system records.
  • Ensure all Statements of Work (SOWs) are signed, filed, and easily retrievable.
  • Respond to client inquiries related to MSAs and contract terms.

Client Liaison

  • Act as the key point of contact between GoTeam and clients to facilitate reviews and approvals.
  • Advise internal teams on contract language, policies, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with executives to resolve contract-related issues efficiently.

Notices and Policies

  • Draft and review formal notices, including Notices to Employees (NTEs) and Notices of Deficiency (NODs).
  • Develop and maintain internal policies and guidelines related to contract management.

What We're Looking For

Non-Negotiables:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of
    experience in contract management or a similar role.
  • Strong grasp of employee relations and legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.

Proficiency In:

  • Drafting and analyzing contracts for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to finalize agreements.
  • Managing time and resolving issues efficiently.
