Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and enhance our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, run campaigns, and interact with followers to build strong connections and drive growth across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content on social media channels
  • Plan and execute campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for consistent branding

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and updated on latest social media trends
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize performance
