Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage engineering aspects of assigned projects from design through execution and completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, building codes, and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform site inspections and assessments to ensure engineering integrity and quality control.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and specifications.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, documentation, and technical proposals.
  • Resolve engineering and construction issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support staff, as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent—must be current and in good standing.
  • Registered with the appropriate local or national engineering authority.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in engineering project management.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction practices, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Experience working in [industry sector, e.g., infrastructure, manufacturing, energy].
